Service Description
This 60-minute Movement 4 Medicine class is designed to help you move with greater ease, reduce stiffness and build strength for everyday life. Combining functional movement, mobility, balance, flexibility and strength training, you’ll improve the way your body moves in a supportive and welcoming environment. Suitable for all fitness levels, it’s the perfect starting point if you’re new to exercise or looking to regain confidence in your body.

Cancellation Policy
All classes must be booked and paid in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a class can be refunded or transferred; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Class passes are valid only within the timeframe stated and are non-transferable. Please inform the teacher of any health conditions or injuries before class. Participation is at your own risk, and Alchemy Yoga is not responsible for loss, damage or injury.
