Refund Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the class, you may transfer to another available class or request a full refund.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, your booking is non-refundable.

• Multi-class passes are non-refundable once purchased, but you may use them for any eligible class during their validity period.

• If Alchemy Yoga cancels a class, you will be offered a transfer to another class or a full refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10 working days].
