By booking or attending a class with Alchemy Yoga, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings and payments

• Classes must be booked in advance through our website, app, or by contacting us directly.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Multi-class passes are valid only for the period stated at purchase and are non-transferable.

Cancellations and refunds

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before a class, you may transfer your booking to another date or request a refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of a class are non-refundable.

• If Alchemy Yoga cancels a class, you will be offered a transfer or full refund.

Health and safety

• You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during classes.

• Please inform the instructor of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before participating.

• Always work within your personal limits and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.

• Alchemy Yoga is not liable for injuries sustained during class unless caused by proven negligence.

Liability

• Alchemy Yoga is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings at the venue.

• Participation in yoga classes is at your own risk.

Privacy

• Personal information provided will be kept secure and used only for the purpose of managing bookings, class safety, and communications. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor, other students, and the venue.

• The instructor reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

Changes to terms

• Alchemy Yoga may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
