My Story

I am a certified yoga teacher trained in authentic, ancient Indian yoga, with qualifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga. My training was completed with House of Om, an internationally respected yoga school known for blending traditional wisdom with modern teaching methods, fostering not only technical skill but also deep personal growth.

 

I have been practising yoga for over three years and have experienced first-hand its power to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Living with arthritis in my knees, I discovered how effective yoga can be in reducing pain, improving mobility, and restoring balance to the body. This personal journey has shaped my teaching style, which is rooted in empathy, accessibility, and mindful movement.

 

Through my classes, I aim to share the transformative benefits of yoga, combining the discipline of traditional practice with a compassionate, inclusive approach that meets students where they are. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels safe, supported, and inspired to explore the connection between breath, body, and mind.
