This 60-minute Hatha yoga class blends gentle postures, mindful breathing and relaxation. Suitable for all levels, it’s designed to build strength and flexibility while leaving you calmer and more energised.

All classes must be booked and paid in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a class can be refunded or transferred; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Class passes are valid only within the timeframe stated and are non-transferable. Please inform the teacher of any health conditions or injuries before class. Participation is at your own risk, and Alchemy Yoga is not responsible for loss, damage or injury.
