Service Description
An aerial sound bath combines gentle suspension in a hammock with immersive sound healing to create a deeply restorative experience. As you are supported off the ground, the body can fully release tension while sound vibrations from instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes help calm the nervous system. The floating sensation enhances relaxation, reduces physical strain and allows for a deeper meditative state, supporting both mental clarity and overall wellbeing. Classes require a minimum of 3 attendees. If fewer than 3 people book, the class may be cancelled and you will be notified in advance with options to reschedule or receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy
All classes must be booked and paid in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a class can be refunded or transferred; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Class passes are valid only within the timeframe stated and are non-transferable. Please inform the teacher of any health conditions or injuries before class. Participation is at your own risk, and Alchemy Yoga is not responsible for loss, damage or injury.
