Experience a dynamic and fluid Vinyasa flow class that syncs breath with movement. Drawing from authentic Hatha traditions, this session focuses on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a compassionate and inclusive environment.

All classes must be booked and paid in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a class can be refunded or transferred; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Class passes are valid only within the timeframe stated and are non-transferable. Please inform the teacher of any health conditions or injuries before class.
